Don’t Shoot Me, I’m Only the Piano Player
October 26, 2018 | 8pm

If you want to hear brilliant piano music and laugh yourself silly at the same time, David Scheel’s hit show is a must-see. Imagine a piece by Bach played with one hand and another by Andrew Lloyd Webber with the other hand (at the same time!) and jokes told in comic voices and accents—think Victor Borge with a dash of Robin Williams.

Main Stage at Surrey Arts Centre
It’s an evening of laughter, spectacular put-downs and familiar friends as Miami’s four favourite Golden Girls—Dorothy, Sophia, Rose, and Blanche—reunite in puppet-form for this lovingly hilarious tribute show!
Audience advisory: Nothing worse than what you’d see on prime time TV in the ‘90s

Metamorphosis
March 13, 2019 | 7:30pm
Centre Stage at Surrey City Hall
Hilarious scenarios and imaginative short stories are performed by a cast of puppets animated by Bernd Ogrodnik of Iceland’s Worlds of Puppets. There are intricate, hand-carved marionettes and rod puppets, and some created simply with silk scarves and the hands and feet of the puppeteer.
