The City of Surrey has partenered with bc211, a free service supported by the United Way that provides information and support to anyone seeking community services. The service is available 7 days a week.

Call, text, or visit the bc211 website to use these services. You'll find services in a number of categories ranging from health care, mental health, victim services, housing, food banks, financial assistance, legal assistance, and much more.

Dial 211 to talk with an Information & Referral Specialist. This service is free, confidential, available in many different languages, and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Access for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community is available by dialing 604-875-0885.
